Where do you live?
Tacoma, Washington

How many years have you been shooting Benchrest?
Around 20 years.

What is your favorite Benchrest shooting discipline? Long Range? Score? Group?
Long Range.

What is your home range or Rifle Club?
Long Range: Upper Nisqually Sportsman Club
Short range: Tacoma Rifle & Revolver Club

Favorite match or matches you annually attend?
When I can make it to the NBRSA Long range Nationals.

What makes these matches so special?
The fellow shooters and the competition.

Which friends do you like go to matches with?
Jeff Lewis, Bruce Teel, Jeff Locke and Rich Jette.

What rifle components do you use (Scope, Stock, Action, Barrel, Trigger)?
Bat Actions, NF scopes, LRB stocks, Krieger, Bix n Andy trigger.

What’s your highest shooting accomplishment thus far? (Small group, Aggregate or Grand win, 2-Gun, etc., win)
2016 1000 yard Heavy Gun Score National Champion.
2023 600 yard Light Gun Score National Champion.

Greatest benchrest memory to date?
Winning 2 National Championships.

Funniest Benchrest memory to date?
Sharing a house with Jeff Lewis, Jeff Locke and Bruce Teel at the 2023 Long Range Championships.

What are your current/future shooting goals?
To have fun and shoot the best I can. Try short range score matches.

Any advice you would share with new shooters?
See answer above. I have been blessed to have been surrounded by top notch shooters that will help in any way they can. It sure helps making the learning curve shorter.
